MANUFACTURING
We undertake development of some critical components for various industries like aerospace, automobile and textiles. This include selection of materials, manufacturing process and finishing processes.
a. Product development:
Textile Rings designed and manufactured from forgings following the process of CNC machining, Heat Treatment and Surface Finishing; to improve the life through enhanced wear resistance and surface finish.
b. Process development:
A diffustion heat treatment process (Pack Chrome) was successfully established for sprags of clutch assembly of Light Combat Aircraft, meeting the requirement of surface hardness of 1000-1075 and bulk hardness of 800 HV aprox. |

TESTING
We undertake various testing like flammability, smoke, toxicity, fire proof, salt spray corrosion, X-ray stress analysis, microscopy and chemical analysis.
