High temperature coatings Energy MAT RPC 1900 for refractory linings of furnaces and MPC 1100 and MCC 1000 used on metallic parts and heaters in furnaces resulted in energy savings of 10-20 %. In addition to energy savings, the coatings also extended life of refractory linings and metallic components; thus resulting in reduced costs of operation and maintenance.
