THERMAL INSULATION COATINGS
Providing effective thermal insulation is one of our specializations.
We have developed specialized coatings to provide thermal insulation up to 900°C for varying durations. Coatings are used on fire walls, engine cowlings etc.
These coatings are applied on exhaust booster domes of Pilotless Target Aircraft. |

SOLAR HEAT REFLECTIVE COATING
A very effective coating for aircrafts, shelters and enclosures which reflects solar heat to the extent of about 70%, thereby minimizing heat transmission. This results in reduced cabin/interior temperature and protects vital electronic equipments from being overheated thus ensuring their efficient functioning. |

Accurate and effective thermal and radar signature management is highly critical since threats have now become highly diffuse and lethal. With in-depth understanding of the scenario, Intermat range of coatings are designed to provide significant reduction in thermal signature up to 50%. We offer low IR coatings for armoured vehicles, trucks, helicopters and other defence assets.
