Magnesium alloy, a light weight material, is used for many aerospace applications. It is extremely prone to corrosion and needs protection. We offer Rockhard coatings which have proven performance in extreme environments and have the approvals from leading international aircraft/engine manufacturers.
Rockhard coatings are resistant to most acids/alkalies. They effectively fill up the microporosity which is inherent in castings and form an impermeable protection layer on the surface of components |

Ipcote sacrificial coating ensures long life of hot section components by providing an infused protective layer at the surface keeping corrosion at bay. Ipal is a diffusion coating for protection against hot corrosion and sulphidation. |
